Application Procedure

If, after making an accessible information request or complaint, the request is denied, the decision is disagreed with, or the response does not meet the requirements outlined in Article 12.5, the individual may file a claim. Claims may also be initiated if the response period of 20 business days has elapsed without a reply.

The claim can be submitted through the Generic Instance at the Electronic Headquarters of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, as well as through other options outlined in Law 39/2015, dated October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Claims will be received and processed by the Ministry’s General Subdirectorate of Service Inspection.
